Recently joined up, had a pleasant experience from the whole team at basic gym, staff have been very welcoming and the gym is always clean and tidy, feel comfortable bringing my partner here to train, great good feel gym!

No better alternative (if you're into weight lifting)
And that's what makes this gym viable, because there's no other better gym in the area. Compare this to commercial gyms like JD, and at BasicGym you get less equipment for a pricier membership.
Pros:
+ Equipment in well maintained condition, clean and hygienic environment
+ You can make it work with the available equipment
+ Pretty empty most of the times so you have room to do your training without waiting in line
Cons:
- The equipment selection (depending on your training)
- No seated rows cable machine
- No callisthenics equipment

Nice and quiet in the day. Great yet basic equipment. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Can park at Aldi. Can’t think of anything more you can ask for.

Really nice atmosphere. So far I’ve only met Arun but he made me feel comfortable during my first session at Basic Gym. The equipment is great and the gym is clean and tidy. Would recommend anyone who’s looking to start their gym journey to check out this place!

I've been going to this gym and it's been a really great experience. The owner, staff, and other members are all friendly. The gym is always clean and has everything you need, plenty of machines, cardio equipment, and space to move around.
The gym is never too busy. You can get in, do your workout, and not have to wait for equipment.
I’d strongly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a solid local gym with a chill atmosphere and all the essentials.
